Note-1: Be sure to note which head bolts you need as GM used two different style LS head bolts, 1997-2003 heads used 8*155mm Bolts, 2*100mm bolts, and 5*45mm bolts, 2004-on heads used 10*100mm bolts, and 5*45mm bolts.

This cylinder head bolt is suitable for 2004 and later vehicles.

Note-2: Fits engines with all same length primary head bolts. Will not fit 1st. Gen with different length head bolts. Does not fit LS9 engines.
